Our US-based team handles strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and keeps the foundation legally and financially accountable.
Daughter of the founders, Loudrige leads La Paix Foundation with strategic vision and a passionate commitment to reshaping humanitarian impact for Haiti's most vulnerable. She is the bridge between the US support base and the work on the ground.
The founding pastor and visionary behind the entire ministry. Pastor Elysee provides spiritual oversight and direction for all programs, drawing on decades of ministry experience in Haiti and the United States.
Yolette is the heart of the foundation's community relationships — bridging the Haitian diaspora in the US with the ongoing work in Haiti. Her decades of lived experience and deep relationships are an irreplaceable asset.
Our on-the-ground team in Cap-Haïtien runs the school, the theological institute, and every daily program. They are the foundation's heartbeat.
Leads the daily operations of our community school, overseeing 12 teachers and the education of 120+ children in Cap-Haïtien.
Oversees the 3-year theological education program, curriculum development, and pastoral formation for students across Northern Haiti.
Twelve dedicated Haitian educators who show up every day — despite instability, distance, and hardship — to teach and nurture our children.
